Armonie will not be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.
Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from the postal service with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our Online store, it is in the hands of the postal service provider.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel.
We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, a notification card should be left with details where to collect, or re-delivery times.
Should you not collect your missed delivery, Armonie reserve the right to charge for any return and re-send costs that are incurred.
Express delivery within Australia
We use AusPOST's Express Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our Online Store in Adelaide, SA. Please see below shipping charges:
$24.95 for postage and handling within Australia.
Please note, deliveries to rural areas will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links, this may take up to 6 business days.
Subject to your rights at law, we will only accept the return of Products if:
You change your mind within 7 days of the goods being dispatched by us, and it is returned in un-used and un-opened condition.
We accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will replace the incorrect product with the correct product.
Should the product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, we will replace the product(s).
You must pay all costs of returning products to us.
Armonie will accept cancelations of orders, if they have not yet been dispatched.
We work to have all orders despatched once the order is received. Should you wish to cancel please contact us immediately. Once an item has been despatched the right to cancel is removed.
